ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Annual memberships provide a host of benefits for you or your organization. Whidbey Life Magazine is the place most people go to read about arts & culture happenings on Whidbey Island, and so it is the best place for people to read about you and your events. As a member, you have exclusive access to promote your events on the centralized Events Calendar and to share news releases and announcements on the Member News and Member Opportunities pages. Plus, Whidbey Life Magazine editorial contributors frequently write about members. The purpose of Whidbey Life Magazine is to help promote arts & culture on Whidbey Island. Won’t you join us?

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:

FULL MEMBERSHIP – $30/yr

Includes all benefits of the Basic level, plus one featured image and one website link and access to upload Member News as well as Events to the Calendar.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP – $60/yr

Includes all benefits of the Basic and Full levels above, plus one featured image and three additional images and/or logo, a dedicated profile page, and up to three weblinks (blog, Facebook, gallery, etc.). You will also have access to upload your events to the Event Calendar, post announcements and press releases in Member News, and receive one free profile text or image update during the membership year.

MULTIPLE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP – $100/yr

Includes all benefits of the Premium level above, for two or more Premium memberships in each disciplinary category appropriate for your organization. Also can be used for individuals who want Premium Memberships in their name and their art business name for for multiple Premium memberships in different categories (music and visual).

MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS

Get your information organized before you start, you cannot save the application page partially completed and come back to it later.  The list of what you need is on the next page.  If you are a Premium Member you can go in and edit your profile at any time once it’s published and you get a log in  and password assigned to you.

You can sign up for more than one Member Type but you need to fill out a separate form for each type.   Our Member Types are:  Visual, Theater, Culinary, Dance, Literary and Music.

Once you choose the Level of Membership (below) it will take you to a page to choose the Member Type and your form of payment (Paypal or check).

Each submission is reviewed for content and will “go live” on the site when all the information has been reviewed and payment is received.

Multiple Listings in One Member Type Category

Members can have two listings in one member type in these circumstances:

1. As a business and an individual (example: Michael Stadler –photographer and Stadler Studios, art related business)
2. A shared art business and individual (example:  Island Art Glass listing and Janis Swalwell & Rob Adamson each have a listing).

Multiple Listings in Different Member Type Categories

You can sign up for any fee level of membership in each member type (Premium in Music & Full in Theater).  If you have one Full or Premium Membership you can use that to post any of your events and member news.
