Advertising with Whidbey Life Magazine could provide the boost your company needs! Subscribers and Members of WLM are among the most influential buyers on Whidbey Island and your ad could be seen by up to several thousand readers each week. Select a monthly ad to promote a special offer, an annual advertising package to keep your organization visible year-round, or a high-visibility slideshow ad to position your arts or cultural event in the forefront. MONTHLY AD RATES – Monthly advertising gives you the flexibility to promote events and offers as they occur.

Slideshow Feature Ads

Premium positioning for your arts & culture events. Each ad is one of five rotating slides for the month, with a two week minimum.

Half month individual slideshow ad – $150

One month individual slideshow ad – $250

Ask us about discounts for multiple slideshow ad purchases

Specs for Slideshow Feature Ads: A multiple ad purchase may run concurrently, or on the schedule you select (space available). Camera-ready or provide one image and your message and we’ll format the ad for you (no extra charge). Camera-ready specs: 653px x 282px, RGB, jpg or png.

Box Ads

Promote your company, special offer or event with a camera-ready, full-color, 175px x175px ad (RGB, jpg or png). Each ad is one of up to five rotating slides for a month.

#1 Home Page Rotating Box Ad – $35

#2 Most Pages Rotating Box Ad – $55 (Home, Duff ‘n Stuff, Feature Stories, Thank Blog it’s Friday, Member News pages)

#3 Rotating Box ad on website and HTML newsletter emails -$85 (Home, Duff ‘n Stuff, Feature   Stories, Thank Blog it’s Friday, Member News pages AND in 4 HTML emails that month).

#4 NON-Rotating Box ads-$50 (Home), $75 (Home and Most pages), $115 (Most and Newsletter)-1 month.

#5 Large-NON Rotating Box ads-inquire about larger scale ads.

ANNUAL AD PACKAGES

Annual advertising packages are a perfect way to leverage extra visibility or to promote year-round programs. Annual ad packages are available at discounted prices, up to 20%.  We would be happy to help design a campaign to suit your needs.

IN-KIND ADVERTISING

In-kind arrangements will be considered at the advertising rates noted above. Please contact us for more information. Let us help you design a promotional package that is just right for you.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Whidbey Life Magazine will prominently feature corporate sponsors on an annual basis. WLM is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions, such as sponsorships, must be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a sponsorship package to suit to your organization’s needs. ________________________________________________________________________________CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS Soloist Sponsor – $2,000 SOLD for 2013-Limited to one company annually.

-Large sponsor logo on Home page under a “Thank You Sponsors” banner.

-The same logo will also appear on at least three additional pages within the site.

-Large logo will appear in ALL email newsletters ( approximately 100) each year.

-Thank you mentions throughout the year in member update emails, facebook posts and other opportunities.

-Price includes an Annual ad package (value $850), this portion is not a tax-deductible.

$1250 – Thank Blog it’s Friday (one sponsor or break them up into 6 individual sponsors for $250 each, with a concurrent reduction in sponsor benefits). Culinary, Theater, Visual, Literary, Dance & Music.

-Each feature sponsorship is limited to one company annually.

-Sponsor’s name is below the the title with a lead in of “brought to you by.”

-Medium sponsor logo on Home page and three additional pages within the site.

-Medium logo will appear in at least forty email newsletters each year unless otherwise specified.
